Our stay at Del Cavaliere in Castrovillari was an unexpected delight. Despite a slight hiccup finding the property, once settled in, we were greeted with a spacious and well-equipped room - perfect for a cozy evening in the Italian countryside. The warm ambiance and attention to detail, from the fireplace to the complimentary toiletries, truly impressed us.The highlight of our morning was the traditional sweet Italian breakfast served by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a day of exploration. We also appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, essential for staying connected while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The pet-friendly accommodation was a bonus for us, as we love traveling with our furry companions and were delighted by the warm welcome they received.Although the castle exploration plans didn't pan out, we found solace in the natural beauty surrounding Del Cavaliere, with opportunities for hiking and cycling nearby. The central location of the guesthouse made it convenient for us to venture out and discover charming local spots and indulge in authentic Italian cuisine at the recommended nearby restaurant.Del Cavaliere provided us with a comfortable retreat, showcasing a blend of modern amenities and a touch of Italian charm.
